•The damaged area is reached by decompression from a single-entry point and the necrotic tissue is cleaned with a flipcutter.
•Mesenchymal Stem Cells are obtained by aspirating bone marrow from the iliac crest. Preferably, cancellous bone or puty is used and it is brought to a paste consistency with bone marrow.

•Instead of the necrotic tissue taken with the flipcutter, the tissue obtained from cancellous bone is turned into a paste with Arthrex ACB-Bonemarrow and transferred to the damaged area from the same entry point. Optional puty can be used.
