GraftNetTM Autologous Tissue Collector
The vacuum activated GraftNet device is designed to harvest autologous tissue for a multitude of applications. When connected to an arthroscopic shaver device, the GraftNet device is used to remove tissue debris from a surgical site. This recovered autologous tissue is collected in an easily accessible, sterile filtered chamber. The GraftNet autologous tissue harvester makes accessing autograft tissue as simple as Cut and Collect.
■ Universal adapters allow easy installation
■ Collects autologous bone or cartilage particles
■ Quick access to the recovered tissue volume
■ Shaver controls particle size when using the device
Markers
ACL: Filling of BTB harvest side
When preparing an ACL tunnel, GraftNet is used to recover bone that can be used to fill the harvested side.
Osteotomy: Harvesting osteophytes to fill the osteotomy space.
The majority of patients requiring HTO have intra-articular osteophytes. Using the GraftNet device, these osteophytes can be easily harvested and used to fill the osteotomy gap.
Cartilage:
After microfracture diagnosis, a particulate, cellular articular cartilage material can be used to support a focal articular cartilage defect.
Usage
Attach the GraftNet device to a shaver or vacuum device.
Following autologous tissue collection, disconnect the GraftNet tissue collector from the aspiration and tissue resection device. Then, detach the GraftNet device housing to access the collection filter.
Retract the plunger from the GraftNet device to access the harvested autologous graft. The collected tissue is then concentrated with autologous fluid such as ACP (platelet-rich growth factor), ACB (bone marrow-derived stem cell) or ACA (Adipose tissue-derived stem cell) before being administered to a surgical site.
Optional:
For better use, autologous bone graft can be mixed with ACP-ACB-ACA alone or in combination with autologous thrombin made with the Thrombinator device.
